Requirements:
  • Availability to work full time
  • Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • 2 years swim experience
  • 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm that rotates weekly.
