Job description

If you are looking for a FUN and AWESOME place to work, then look no more. Aqua Tots Swim Schools Sterling Heights is looking for an Aquatics Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:$50,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:
  • Availability to work full time
  • Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • 2 years swim experience
  • 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm that rotates weekly.
