Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Analyst – Supply Chain Systems (AS400)
  • Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries environment.
  • Understanding of RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2/400, and AS400 application architecture.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience in retail, supply chain, warehouse & EDI domains.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Understand existing AS400/iSeries applications, workflows, and business processes.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process flows.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams for delivery.
  • Participate in requirement walkthroughs, impact analysis, and solution discussions.
  • Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
