The Enterprise Intelligence (EI) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. EI teams are involved in every aspect of data, driving strategy and governance; building powerful data and AI applications; and developing personalization, experimentation, analytics tools, and more. When you join EI, you're joining a team of passionate experts working to enable more profound understanding, better ways of working, and more meaningful experiences for our players. Within EI, the AI Applications (AIA) team focuses on building and scaling AI-driven products and capabilities that unlock deeper insights, accelerate decision-making, and enable intelligent, data-informed outcomes across EA.

As a Technical Program Manager, AI Applications, you will report to the Director, Technical Program Management - Engineering Operations. You will play a critical role in translating AI Applications strategy into execution across programs that span global teams, including Austin and Hyderabad. These initiatives focus on advancing AI/ML solutions, scaling data and insights platforms, and embedding AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

  • You will establish and facilitate Agile and program operating rhythms for globally distributed teams, including quarterly and sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • You will partner with AI Applications leadership, Engineering Operations leadership, Product Management, cross-functional teams across EI, and business stakeholders to align strategic priorities, ownership, and delivery outcomes.
  • You will drive program-level planning, including capacity planning, resource allocation, OKRs, and roadmap alignment across Austin and Hyderabad teams, and contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles and recurring leadership reporting.
  • You will manage budgets, resourcing plans, and external/vendor partnerships to support program delivery.
  • You will identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution.
  • You will provide clear, concise, and data-driven updates to leadership, surfacing progress, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and recommendations to enable informed decision-making.
  • You will identify and implement opportunities to improve program delivery and team operating practices, increasing organizational effectiveness and predictability as AI Applications scales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones (e.g., US and India)
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience establishing effective planning and execution rhythms for technical teams.
  • Experience working within data, AI/ML, analytics, or insights-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage capacity planning, budgets, and resourcing strategies.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment across technical and business stakeholders and establishing scalable operating mechanisms across technical teams.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
