About ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy

ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy is dedicated to providing a nurturing, faith-centered educational environment where students develop academically, spiritually, and socially. We are seeking a passionate and engaging Language Arts Resource Teacher to support student growth and foster a love of reading and writing.

Position Summary

The Language Arts Resource Teacher will provide high-quality instruction to students in Grades 2 and 4, helping them develop strong literacy, reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about working with elementary-aged children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Language Arts to students in Grades 2 and 4.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Administer assessments and prepare report cards.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
