Job description

Our Greater Dallas based beauty client is looking for a Production Artist with 2+ years experience for an immediate long term role; this role is onsite four days a week and remote on Fridays and hours are 9-5. You'll be working on a Mac and must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus


  • Work closely with the Marketing Production team to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
  • Ensure that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications.
  • Develop new marketing materials for the US market, as well as updating and maintaining existing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current brand and business needs.
  • Manage projects from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before release.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency t in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Responsibilities also include assembling assets into presentation documents and toolkits,
  • You will also be managing toolkit delivery into the digital asset management system (DAM),
  • Performing production tasks on product packaging jobs.
  • Must show a portfolio with experience with print, social, and digital artwork
