Role Description The Development and Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK, responsible for overseeing fundraising, donor relations, and day-to-day operational functions that support Drexel Academyโ€™s mission. This position manages development initiatives, including donor cultivation, stewardship activities, grant writing, and fundraising events, while maintaining accurate records and reporting. The role also coordinates operational processes such as facilities support, vendor relationships, compliance tracking, and basic budgeting and purchasing. The manager collaborates closely with school leadership to align development strategies and operational priorities with organizational goals, ensuring a safe, efficient, and mission-centered environment for students, families, staff, and supporters.
