Division of Finance
Job Description
This position partners with Business & Finance Officers and other stakeholders across campus to analyze, map, and improve financial system processes. The role also develops, delivers and supports campus financial training, both instructor-led and on-demand.
The analysis of financial system processes will help synthesize processes and information across a variety of financial workflows to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support solution implementation. The position will help support continuity of operational processes for the campus as we implement a future state Enterprise Reporting Platform (ERP).
Using software tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate RISE) the position will incorporate learning objectives and content provided by subject matter experts into training modules that are accessible and in alignment with university standards.
The positions will also assist with the development and training required for the Enterprise Reporting Platform (ERP) implementation to facilitate adoption across the campus community.
Shift
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial systems, reports and business processes. Demonstrated ability to translate financial processes and system functionality into practical solutions. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills required. Experience with training software like Articulate Storyline and RISE.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
Grade: GGS-10
