This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, mentoring others, and creating positive momentum in a fast-moving environment.
Experience Leads help protect the standards, energy, and teamwork that make our flagship location successful.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $22-$25+ per hour (base + bonus)

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late hours (International Market Place is open 365 days, shifts start as early as 8am and end as late as 10pm)
  • Experience Leads are expected to help support the team during major holiday and high-volume business periods, including blackout dates
