We are seeking a highly creative, passionate experienced Art Director with 5-7 years in luxury fashion + beauty retail marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, arresting storytelling and a deep understanding of the luxury market, driving our brand's 360 visual identity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creative development of core marketing initiatives and product launches, brand campaigns, and graphic standards. Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Brand Creative and a team of designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of luxury aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the online shopping experience and showcases our products in the best light.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, merchandising, stores, and product development to ensure a unified approach to brand storytelling.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers and photographers, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
  • Oversee visual content production, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and innovations in creativity and design, and apply them to our campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:
