In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Analyzing operational requirements, identifying critical collective tasks, and leading the development, validation, and integration of Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS), Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), Training Support Packages (TSPs), Warrior Training Support Packages (WTSPs), and other Army training products to ensure alignment with doctrine, force structure, and mission requirements, 2) Conducted comprehensive mission, needs, and collective task analyses by evaluating Combined, Joint, Multi-Service, Army, and Army Special Operations Forces doctrine, lessons learned, operational reports, and organizational changes, 3) Managed enterprise-level staffing, review, and integration processes for collective training and doctrine products by leading working groups, facilitating Critical Collective Task Selection Boards and In-Process Reviews, and 4) Represented the Psychological Operations Proponent as the primary liaison and advisor at conferences, doctrine forums, and operational engagements by briefing senior leaders, mentoring training developers, collaborating with Active and Reserve Component units, and evaluating training applications during exercises to improve collective readiness and mission effectiveness.
