Job description

This position is located at Fort Eustis, VA.
Incentives and Bonuses
  • Incentives will not be paid.
Qualifications:Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
  1. Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR.
  2. Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.
  3. Ability to analyze operations, financial data, prepare reports and replies to inquiries from the perspective of a Installation or Regional staff officer.
  4. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
  • Managerial/Supervisory experience in an Army Recreation setting to include Financial operations for both APFand NAF business and financial issues.
  • Experience with Non appropriated Fund (NAF) CAT C business programs, to include business planning, budget development, personnel management, and financial management for at least 3 years.
  • Experience with private industry business program management to include golf, bowling, and/or food and beverage for at least 3 years.
  • Work experience directly related to Army NAF for at least 5 years.
  • Experience of MWR Reinvestment planning to include CPMC, NAF Major Construction and planning for life cycle replacement experience.
