LEAD LOGISTICS ANALYST (SENIOR) - ARMY LMP / SUPPLY CHAIN (SCOS)
Location: Redstone Arsenal / Huntsville, Alabama (on site)
Employment: Full time; contingent upon contract award

Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is recruiting a Lead Logistics Analyst (the Senior Logistics Analyst labor category) for our proposed Army Supply Chain Optimization Support program. The position leads logistics analysis and process optimization at Redstone Arsenal in support of Army aviation and missile systems and integrates analytical findings with physical-logistics execution at Fort Bliss.
This is a hands-on Army logistics leadership role. The successful candidate will apply deep LMP experience, Army supply policy, inventory management, and transportation expertise to convert authoritative logistics data into traceable, decision-ready recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ขLead logistics analysis and process-optimization activities and direct junior logistics analysts.
โ€ขAnalyze supply-chain performance, inventory posture, demand, orders, excess, denials, lead times, transportation, warehouse performance, and readiness-related trends.
โ€ขUse LMP and other authorized Army systems and data sources to identify root causes, operational risks, and practical corrective actions.
โ€ขTranslate findings into clear recommendations, briefings, recurring reports, and contract deliverables with documented sources, assumptions, logic, exceptions, and peer review.
โ€ขIntegrate Redstone analytical work with Fort Bliss receiving, storage, inventory, issue, preservation, packaging, turn-in, and materiel-accountability activity.
โ€ขApply Army supply regulations and approved procedures; protect data integrity and avoid unauthorized system write-back.
โ€ขMentor analysts, improve repeatable methods, and brief program and Government leaders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ขBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
โ€ขAt least 7 years of Army logistics experience.
โ€ขAt least 3 years of hands-on Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience.
โ€ขDemonstrated expertise in inventory management, transportation optimization, and Army supply regulations.
โ€ขStrong analytical writing, briefing, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills.
โ€ขAbility to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ขExperience supporting Army Materiel Command, AMCOM, aviation, missile, wholesale supply, or depot/warehouse operations.
โ€ขAdvanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or approved scripting/automation experience.
โ€ขExperience with GCSS-Army, DPAS, or related Army logistics systems.
โ€ขActive Secret clearance.
SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy the applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval of key personnel, completion of Axyde's hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements.
