Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist in the Orlando, Florida area.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Logistics Management Specialist position is to support the long-term sustainability of virtual training platforms. This role focuses on digital sustainment, software versioning, and the lifecycle management of VR/AR hardware-moving beyond traditional heavy-equipment logistics into the future of training technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Sustainment Planning
Draft and maintain Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and Supportability Strategies for all virtual training devices. You'll ensure our virtual training systems remain operational and effective throughout their entire lifecycle.
Fielding & Accountability
Coordinate New Equipment Training (NET) and Materiel Fielding for virtual trainers across Army installations. Manage property accountability for specialized equipment including:
  • VR headsets
  • Haptic suits
  • High-end processing units

Technical Data Management
Review and manage technical documentation to preserve data rights for future sustainment. Your responsibilities include:
  • Technical manuals
  • IUID (Item Unique Identification) verification reports
  • Software repositories
  • Ensuring competitive future sustainment options

Sustainment Cost Analysis
Partner with the G8/Budget team to develop Total Ownership Cost (TOC) estimates for:
  • Cloud-hosting infrastructure
  • Hardware refreshment cycles
  • Long-term operational expenses

This position bridges traditional logistics expertise with cutting-edge virtual training technology. You'll work at the intersection of digital sustainment and physical hardware management, ensuring Army training capabilities remain mission-ready.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Army Acquisition Logistics
  • Experience with TADSS sustainment or IT-based logistics preferred.
  • Active SECRET clearance
