Analyst Qualifications: Contractor personnel must demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) proficiency in the discipline they provide support to, and possess the following certifications:


Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst shall possess:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.

OR

5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level. AND

The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A) - Army HR Professional Training Certification. AND

Microsoft (MS) Power Business Intelligence (BI) Certification.

Contractor Employee must have a Secret Clearance.
