Position Overview
Provides installation planning, master planning, military construction, and facility planning expertise supporting the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations for Real Property Master Plans.
- Support MILCON planning and DD1391 documentation.
- Conduct facility assessments and site visits.
- Coordinate with USACE, Readiness Divisions, and ARFIs.
- Prepare executive briefings and planning products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This position is intended for experienced Army headquarters professionals capable of operating with minimal supervision in a strategic staff environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, executive-level briefing ability, and a thorough understanding of Army processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Former Army Engineer Officer, USACE Planner, DPW Planner, or GS-12/13 planner preferred.
- Degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Secret clearance.
Preferred Military Background
Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations.

General Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed)
- Ability to obtain CAC
- Occasional CONUS travel may be required
