We are seeking a full time highly professional and vigilant Concealed Carry Security Agent to serve as an Armed Agent -CCW in Menlo Park and San Francisco City.
This role demands an individual with a strong background in military combat arms, law enforcement or a seasoned armed agent , who can seamlessly blend into a sophisticated environment while ensuring the safety and security of high-value assets, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will embody discretion, poise, and exceptional customer service, maintaining strict adherence to protocols in a fast-paced, elite setting. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail.
While we encourage veterans and candidates that are currently in the military reserve to apply, we welcome all who share the same passions for protection as we do. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.
What you will do:
โ€ข Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the team
โ€ข Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
โ€ข Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
โ€ข Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy
โ€ข Provide safe and secure environment for the client and all personnel working at the corporate offices
โ€ข Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
โ€ข Contact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergency
โ€ข Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
โ€ข Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
โ€ข Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity
โ€ข Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
โ€ข Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
โ€ข Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures Licenses and Certifications:
  • Valid California Concealed Carry Permit (or ability to obtain one immediately) AND a valid California BSIS Firearm Expose permit

โ€ข Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to de-escalate situations diplomatically.
โ€ข Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on discretion and client satisfaction in a luxury setting.
โ€ข Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure.
โ€ข Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle potential physical confrontations, and perform light lifting as needed.
โ€ข Proficiency in security technology, such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and communication devices.
โ€ข Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification. U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization required.
โ€ข No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed under professional attire.
Starting Pay: $45 hourly
What is Required:
โ€ข Valid California State concealed carry permit (or ability to obtain one immediately) and a valid California BSIS Firearm Exposed permit
