Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Systems Specialist to support our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), driving supplier enablement, resolving transaction issues, and managing data analysis to optimize our procurement workflows. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless transactional support and communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • System Support: Provide hands-on transaction support within the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring smooth execution of Buying and Invoicing processes.
  • Supplier Enablement: Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding and enabling suppliers within the P2P ecosystem.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage Excel to analyze large datasets, build functional dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for procurement performance.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneNote.
Qualifications
Required:
  • SAP Ariba Expertise: Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing), including supplier enablement and transaction support in a P2P environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Excel (handling large datasets, creating dashboards).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective supplier interaction.
Preferred:
  • Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with Accounts Payable, payment processes, and global invoicing/tax compliance.
  • System Transformations: Experience supporting ERP transitions (e.g., SAP, S/4HANA).
  • Languages: Multilingual capabilities, with a strong preference for English and Spanish bilingual proficiency.
