Real Estate Systems Analyst

Compensation: $100k-$125k + 20% bonus 100% onsite in El Segundo Company Summary

Position Summary

This role will support and enhance systems used across debt origination, asset management, and portfolio management. This role focuses on improving data integrity, optimizing workflows, and ensuring applications align with business needs. The position sits at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology, requiring both technical and functional expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer business applications related to debt and portfolio management
  • Customize and configure systems to align with business workflows
  • Ensure data quality through validation, mapping, and QA processes
  • Collaborate with asset management, portfolio management, and IT teams
  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, and training
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors
