Responsible for warehouse management, storage and shipment of finished goods to meet customer demand, and ensure the account.III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1report to the supervisor -finish goods and timely complete the tasks arranged by company leaders2Resbonsible for ARG finished goods warehouse stroage capacity, storage environment, location planning. Conscientiously implement the material the materials warehouse management system procedures and rules.3Resbonsible for finished goods receiving, shipping, storage and inventory management, collect and evaluate the issues for daily cycle counting.4Inspect materials storage quality (environment, expired/defective materials management) at regular intervalsl, do inspection records and rectificate unquallified items, dispose defective items according to the leader's instruction reports.5Responsible for avoid put heavy goods on light goods and large goods on small goods, gently shift and tallying.6Management for finished goods' FIFO, according to the production date/storage time required by Process/life cycle of finished goods, strict implement the FIFO.7Excute management of 5S, environment and fire safety of our department.8Inform the inventory structure and status timely, propose unreasonable inventory details and disposal recommendations in order to reduce the risk of supply the lack of materials and overstock and stockpile.9Daily notify the differences between intentory and the next day shipping, track finished goods receiving-shipping timely, avoid delivery delay and excess freight.10Responsible for monthly (daily) cycle counting , and summarize, analyze, adjust for the results.11Responsible for training new employees to grasp knowledge and job skills.12协助完成其他事项;Coordinate to complete any other work.13Other duties as assigned14Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ.
