The ideal candidate for the Area Manager position will have a proven track record of business development. The Area Manager will be responsible for all aspects of branch development, including establishing office space, creating procedures, hiring a team, and training them to be successful. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Located in Gurnee, Illionis and Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
  • $90,000 annually plus commission.

Area Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage start-up operations for new offices.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of an efficient and productive team.
  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing process improvements, departmental goals, and objectives.
  • Conducting process improvement meetings with customers to discuss pricing, service, and cost savings.
