About Us:
Impact Kids has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful enrichment programs for over 10 years, and today we serve students at public and private schools across the country. Students have a safe space to develop, learn, play, and most importantly, just be kids in our before, during, and after school programs!
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated Area Manager to oversee multiple school sites delivering our after-school enrichment programs. This person must be highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about educational impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program operations, team leadership, and customer service.
You will be directly accountable for the operations, quality, and customer satisfaction at each assigned school. This includes acting as the primary liaison between Impact Kids and school administrators, educators, coaches, and families. The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring programs run smoothly, maintaining high standards of instruction, and supporting staff on-site.
This individual must possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, be solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities across a variety of stakeholders. A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to support children's learning and development are essential.
A Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background Checks are required.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership or operations role in education, after-school programs, youth development, or a related field. Experience managing multiple locations or teams is preferred. Dual language - English & Spanish speaking preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple after-school enrichment program sites
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programming across all assigned schools
  • Serve as the point of contact for site educators, school administrators, and parents
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, program quality, and compliance at each location
  • Conduct daily site visits to support instructors and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to instructors and support staff
  • Handle parent communication, feedback, and issue resolution professionally and promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of attendance, incidents, and overall program performance
  • Collaborate with the Impact Kids leadership team to ensure alignment with company values and goals
  • Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times
  • Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times and adhere to all company policies

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Be willing and able to travel between multiple school locations regularly. Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations, including walking, running, or climbing stairs.
