  • Au minimum un diplome d'etudes superieures, idealement dans le domaine des affaires ou de la gestion, ou une formation et une experience equivalentes.
  • Un sens aigu de la diplomatie, de la resolution des conflits et des competences en matiere de gestion des personnes.
  • Des competences efficaces en matiere de communication ecrite et orale et des connaissances en informatique (Excel, PowerPoint et Word).
  • Une forte capacite a former, a constituer et a motiver une equipe diversifiee.
  • Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et precision dans toutes les facettes du travail.
  • Un desir d'apprendre et la volonte de saisir les opportunites de promotion.
  • Un dossier de conduite vierge ou presque vierge.
  • L'experience de la vente au detail et/ou de l'entreposage est un atout.
