We are seeking to recruit a diverse team with varying time commitments. We can offer full-time or part-time shifts with seasonal or long-term employment and varying benefits. Compensation Information: $19.35 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily operation of the Sports School Sales Desk with equal shifts in both in-person office and administrative office locations.
  • Operation of service locations across the Guest Services department. This will include shifts in Guest Services, Call Centre, and Nordic Centre in addition to the Sales Desk.
  • Contact position for guests regarding lessons, lift tickets, and resort information via in-person, emails, and over the phone.
  • Preparing and fulfilling orders and contacting guests for resort lessons.
  • Thorough knowledge of resort products, activities, and services.
  • Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage all transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Highly organized and efficient in the workplace.
  • Always follow company policies and procedures.
  • Security and accountability for orders and payments.
  • Balancing daily sales with computer reports.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of the Guest Services department.
