Job Title

ACC Archival InternThe Archives Intern will work under the supervision of the Archivist to process a portion of the Coors Family Collection.

Responsibilities:
Processing: Arranging, identifying, and rehousing materials (folders, boxes)
Archival Description: Creating metadata, labeling, and creating a controlled vocabulary tomake materials searchable
Digitization: Scanning documents and photographs and managing digital assets

Qualifications:
High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and research skills.
Familiarity with digital archiving software or databases, including Excel is beneficial
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (required for handling boxes)

Duration: June - August; orientation first week of June

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on education level and experience.

Target Hiring Range

Hourly: USD 20.78 - USD 25.16
