Job description

Description:

Responsible for converting physical documents into digital files. Prepare documents, scan, and organize electronic archives. 


This is a temporary PRN position.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

•High school graduate or equivalent


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Scan paper documents using high-volume scanners and imaging tools

•Prepare documents by removing staples, paper clips, and mending torn pages.

•Verify image quality to make sure digital files are clear, complete and easy to read.

•Index and categorize files using correct naming rules and digital databases.

•Protect sensitive data by following privacy and confidentiality rules.

•Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly.


REQUIREMENTS

•Assures/maintains compliance with all accreditations, statutory and regulatory standards at the local, state, and federal levels
