Model makers use a variety of materials such as cardboard, wood, plastic, and 3D printing to construct detailed representations. The models can be used for presentations, planning approvals, and as a tool in the design process.

To overcome these, it's important to develop strong time management skills, be proficient with various materials and tools, and maintain close communication with architects and designers to clarify details. Staying updated on the latest model-making technologies and techniques can also help streamline the process and improve precision.
