Gray AES is looking to add an Architectural Tech I to the Atlanta, GA office.

What we expect... 

  • Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers and assists design managers in construction administration activities.
  • Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.
  • Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.
  • May assist design managers in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals.
  • May periodically assist design managers in conducting on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Prepares studies and reports.
  • Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Qualifications

Who we want... 

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a degree from a technical college and one to two (1-2) years of experience; or the equivalent combination both
  • Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred and experience producing architectural drawings is required.
  • Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software and e-mail.
  • Physically present in a Gray office.
