The role of an architectural project manager is to oversee the design and building of an architectural project. As an architectural project manager, you are the liaison between the architect or firm and the construction workers. Your duties and responsibilities are to see that the construction meets the architect’s conception. A Houston architecture studio focused on commercial, retail, multifamily, and related project types is seeking a Project Manager to join its Texas team. This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to pre-design, design, bidding, CDs, specifications, CA, QA/QC, client meetings, consultant coordination, and mentoring while helping project teams move work forward with clear communication and strong follow-through.
