Job description

We are seeking HIGHLY SKILLED ARCHITECTURAL Professionals to join our dynamic team. In these roles, you will lead projects and contribute to a wide range of architectural projects, from construction documents (CDs), construction administration (CA) and construction management (CM) . Your EXPERIENCE will drive the development of architectural solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for TALENTED individuals passionate about transforming architectural ideas into inspiring built environments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. These roles are NOT ENTRY LEVEL- architectural experience is a must. This is an in-office role, not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Excellence & Advanced Proficiency in drafting developing comprehensive architectural designs utilizing AutoCAD 2025 to produce detailed drawings and other software visualizations.
  • Manage a multiple project workload and project schedules effectively to ensure timely delivery of design phases and construction milestones, streamline workflows across disciplines.
  • Participate & oversee construction processes, including TI renovation projects and interior design (ID) implementations, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality assurance and quality control standards. (QAQC)
  • Experience with REDLINEs and document review and markups. QAQC.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, construction management to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants with clear communication to align project goals and resolve issues efficiently.
