Architectural Project Manager - Remote in Denver About this position

This is a remote role that requires a residence in the Denver area. Candidate will report to the office twice a month on scheduled days, typically one day per week, every other week.

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in Denver as an Architectural Designer. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with other design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Construction Document Production - Works with team members and the client to develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and implement the assigned scope of work.
  • Program Management – Develops effective relationships with the client, consultants and SGA team members in order to provide exceptional service and build a strong program.
  • Project Management & Scheduling - Effectively manages own client projects and coordinates project scheduling for the team.
  • Quality Control – Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: 5+ years, with volume building experience highly preferred. Previous experience in a team focused environment is valued.

Technical Skills: Experience designing and developing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit required.
