For over 30 years, we have delivered architectural, interior design, and project management services across the Education (K-12), Municipal, Aviation, and Corporate sectors. In 2023, we became an Employee-Owned Company. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals focused on bringing our clients’ visions to life.

Architectural Associate

The Architectural Associate supports the architectural team by assisting with drawings, BIM models, and project documentation for commercial projects. This role collaborates with project managers, architects, and designers to contribute to drafting, modeling, and documentation throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents using BIM and CAD software.
  • Develop and maintain project models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Produce plans, elevations, sections, and details for project documentation.
  • Support drawing coordination during schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in project documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation standards.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with a passion for architecture who is interested in developing technical drafting and modeling skills in a collaborative environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing details across multiple projects.

  • 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting, modeling, or related work.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of architectural documentation and building construction.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Experience with SketchUp and Lumion 3D is a plus.
  • Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication and organizational skills.
