Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in Marion, IN. The Architect will collaborate with clients to design and develop innovative architectural solutions that align with their goals and budgets. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing projects from concept to completion, overseeing integration with other disciplines, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. The Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide functional, sustainable, and community-focused designs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years minimum experience and a desire to mentor younger staff in the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, coordination, and budget maintenance

  • Familiarity with Indiana Building Code and industry standards

  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities

  • Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure is required

  • Detail oriented, driven, team leader with ability to problem solve and pivot when obstacles arise from schematic design through construction administration

  • Proficiency in Revit (family-building experience is advantageous)
