Job description

**Must have daytime and weekend availability

Summary

Arcade attendants are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with game play, assisting with game play problems, serving the prize redemption area, and maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the arcade.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist guests redeem tickets for prizes.
  • Assist guests with game play and game play problems.
  • Help stock, display, and organize prizes. Keep prize displays full, clean, and presentable to guests.
  • Sell arcade cards, Hologate passes, and Dark Ride passes to guests.
  • Responsible for operating POS and Arcade systems.
  • Must be able to use the required arcade equipment efficiently and safely.
  • May be responsible for repairing games at different heights and levels.
  • Responsible for maintaining an environment that is both safe and pleasant for arcade guests.
  • Performs other tasks and/or related duties as assigned or required by management and supervisors when necessary.
