The Campus Administrator is responsible for managing the overall operations of one of the largest residential recovery sites in Kentucky in order to assure high quality resident care while achieving long and short-term business goals. This position is a key member of the ARC management team, responsible for acknowledgement and implementation of the ARC culture, core values, and mission statement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Campus Administrator will establish and actively manage effective performance management processes (recruitment, selection,orientation,supervision, evaluation, and termination) for direct staff members that achieves desired outcomes and encourages individual development. Ensure an effective performance management is in place for indirect staff.
  • The Campus Administrator will be responsible for oversight and effective management of all functional areas of the campus providing client treatment and support including but not limited to, Clinical, Medical, recreational, safety/security, and physical plant. 
  • Develop and lead an effective management team that achieves desired outcomes at the individual team member level as well as at the collective function level.
  • As a member of the ARC management, actively participate in the overall planning, decision making and implementation processes for corporate-wide strategies, policies and procedures. Represent the needs of the site to corporate processes and represent corporate needs to the site. Effectively collaborates with corporate functions (Clinical, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology) 
  • The Campus Administrator is responsible for effective  management of a budget and ensuring  adequate control measures are in place regarding purchasing and to protect facility assets. 
  • The Campus Administrator is expected to protect the privacy of all persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider.
  • Maintain a respectful and comfortable environment throughout the campus for all clients. 
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and clients alike.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Education (Clinical), Nursing,  Business Administration, Leadership or Management required
  • Master’s Degree in the above mentioned or related disciplines preferred
  • RN, LPCA, LPCC, LCSW, CSW or related credentials preferred
  • Three (3-5) years of experience in operational management
  • Demonstrated competencies in operations, quality management, staff development and management, resident and family support systems, community outreach.
  • Substance abuse field experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with ARC’s mission and operating philosophies
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and organization a must
  • 5-day per week onsite required
  • On-Call required
