Job description

Arc Health is seeking experienced Infectious Disease Physicians to provide outpatient and inpatient care within a 99-bed hospital in the Indian Health Service system serving Native communities.
This high-volume, mission-driven facility supports approximately 250,000 outpatient visits and 5,800 inpatient admissions annually, offering a meaningful opportunity to serve an underserved population.
  • Outpatient clinic + inpatient consults
  • Adult patients (18+)
  • Avg. patients/day
  • Supported by RNs, MAs, case managers, and admin staff
  • No walk-in/urgent care clinic
Patient Population: Complex cases including diabetes, cardiac conditions, substance use disorders, and rheumatologic conditions
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient Infectious Disease care
  • Evaluate and manage new and follow-up patients
  • Treat acute and chronic infectious conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (5 7 providers daily)
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Monday Friday
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Board Certified in Infectious Disease
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. license & DEA
  • 36 months of experience (12+ in ID)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Eligible for IHS credentialing/privileging
  • Clean NPDB
  • Pass federal background checks
Immunizations:
  • MMR, Hep B, Varicella (or immunity)
  • Tdap/Td within 5 years
  • TB test within 12 months (with follow-up if needed)
  • Varicella history/titer accepted
  • Hep B declination accepted
  • $170/hr
