Arbor Terrace Lakeway

Are you ready to love your job again?

Join Arbor Terrace Lakeway, an award-winning senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care. We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Line Cook who takes pride in preparing delicious, high-quality meals and creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

This is more than a traditional restaurant kitchen. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with the people you serve while being part of a supportive culinary team.


Pay

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals according to established recipes and menus

  • Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and with attention to presentation

  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation

  • Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen organization

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining teams to provide an excellent resident experience

  • Assist with special events, celebrations, and catered functions within the community

  • Accommodate resident preferences and dietary needs as directed

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of cooking or culinary experience required

  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume dining preferred

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards

  • Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Strong attention to quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
