This is not a traditional development role.
You will be working at the crossroads of enterprise software, PLM, cloud technologies, and customer success, solving complex integration challenges that directly impact how global organizations manage and leverage their product data.
If you are passionate about Teamcenter, enterprise integrations, and building products that operate at scale, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

  • Develop scalable integration services using Java and .NET.
  • Leverage Windchill APIs, data models, workflows, and extension frameworks to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
  • Drive technical decisions around integration architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Help define the future roadmap of our PLM integration ecosystem.

Product Innovation
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Architects to transform customer and market needs into product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify deployment, configuration, and user adoption.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a modern cloud-native integration platform.

Customer & Professional Services Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services teams to support strategic customer implementations.
  • Participate in technical workshops and architecture discussions with customers when deep Teamcenter expertise is required.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on PLM integration best practices and technical approaches.
  • Help bridge the gap between customer challenges and product innovation.

Engineering Excellence
  • Deliver clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
  • Champion automated testing, code quality, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Help elevate engineering standards across the organization.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development, customization, or integration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java and modern .NET development (.net Core)
  • Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, APIs, object model, workflows, and integration patterns.
  • Experience building enterprise integrations between complex business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with other PLM platforms such asWindchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, or Agile PLM.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in a SaaS product company.
  • Exposure to modern AI-powered development practices and tools.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
  • Become a key contributor to our Teamcenter integration strategy.
  • Deliver strategic connector capabilities used by enterprise customers.
  • Influence architectural decisions across our integration platform.
  • Establish yourself as the internal subject matter expert for Teamcenter.
  • Build strong partnerships with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
  • Help accelerate customer adoption through innovative and scalable integration solutions.
