Our agency opened its legacy office in April 2013 and expanded with our MOA office in November 2019, growing into a collaborative, people first team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years in IT marketing, but my passion for helping others, especially with financial planning, led me into agency life.
I hold two Bachelors degrees and two Masters degrees, and I am a proud parent of a 20 year old son studying Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, pickleball, and yoga, and I stay active in the community through cultural associations and contributions to St Jude Childrens Research Hospital.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jay Munj - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Arabic preferred.
COMPENSATION:
  • Base salary of 31-42k depending on experience
  • Expected annual earnings of 40-60k after bonuses and commission
