Hotel in Pueblo, Co is looking for a hands-on, results-driven AGM or Hotel Manager to lead our team and daily operations. This is a real ownership-minded role — you'll manage people, performance, and profitability under an active and growing hotel ownership group.
What You'll Do

  • Lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast operations
  • Manage labor, budgets, and departmental expenses
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores (Wyndham GSS, Google, TripAdvisor)
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to brand and company standards
  • Enforce Wyndham/LQ brand compliance and property cleanliness standards
  • Handle vendor relationships, scheduling, and payroll oversight
  • Report to ownership on financial performance and operational KPIs
What We Need

  • Mandatory   2+ years hotel management experience (AGM, GM, or equivalent) ***
  • Wyndham brand experience strongly preferred
  • OnQ PMS familiarity a plus
  • Strong communicator — with guests, staff, and ownership
  • Flexible availability — this is a 24/7 operation
  • Financial literacy: comfortable with P&Ls, labor cost, RevPAR, ADR
