AMPORTS is a leading provider of port-based automotive and logistics services supporting customers across the United States. The Finance team supports accurate, timely financial processing and reporting at corporate and facility levels, enabling operational continuity and strong internal controls. SummaryThe Office Accounting Manager is responsible for providing the primary office management services for AMPORTS. This includes organizing and coordinating the financial operations of A/R, A/P, and Payroll/HR, maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff, and maintaining office records.Essential Functions
  • Submit Financial Reports (Flash, Volumes, etc.) to Corporate by established deadlines.
  • Manage AP/AR and Account Coordinator positions.
  • Ensure AR/AP are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers regarding AR/AP matters.
  • Ensure contracts are maintained and rates are correctly reflected in IBM.
  • Confirm all customer systems are being used in accordance with contract terms.
  • Approve payroll for employees under OAM supervision.
  • Assist the General Manager as needed.
  • Ensure AR collections are maintained.
  • Complete Month-End Close reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Corporate or the General Manager.
