We are seeking a detail-oriented and newly experienced Junior Accountant to support General Ledger reconciliations, AP/AR activities, and inventory accounting operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end closing, year-end closing, budget & forecasting, audits and ensuring integrity across inventory and balance sheet accounts and improving accounting processes and controls. solid background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget & Forecasting, audits, Taxes and Inventory accounting. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting month-end closing, year-end closing, and audits. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on reconciliation experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA or CPA-track preferred
  • 1 - 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong General Ledger and Sub General reconciliation experience required.
  • Experience with inventory accounting and inventory reconciliations
  • Standard costing, cycle counts, and inventory controls
  • Multi-entity or multi-location accounting environments
  • Supporting month-end close, year-end close, budget, audits
  • Knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial reporting
  • Manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, marine, or inventory-heavy industries
  • ERP system experience preferred (IFS experience a plus)
