We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Fulton, MD (Howard County). Candidates in the surrounding areas, including Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Silver Spring, Laurel, Crofton/Odenton and College Park, are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
  • Call potential customers over the phone-be professional, convincing and confident
  • Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments
  • Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

  • Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri (12:00 - 9:00 PM); Sun (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Mon
  • Shift 2: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri (12:00 - 9:00 PM); Sun (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Mon
  • Shift 3: Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM); Sat (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM). Days Off: Sun & Thurs
  • Shift 4: Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM); Sun (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Days Off: Sat & Tues

Schedule preference will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for this role.
Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two-week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule.
