To thrive as an APQP Program Manager, you need a strong background in quality management, manufacturing processes, and project management, typically supported by a degree in engineering or a related field. Familiarity with APQP methodologies, PPAP documentation, and quality management systems such as ISO/TS 16949 is essential.
