About the Position:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for media and digital marketing? The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist the Digital Experience Manager with day-to-day project management of website and app functionality, delivery of business requirements, and ensuring timely updates and information accuracy. You will also support the Digital Content Manager with content planning and production, inclusive of banners for online search and app wayfinding, short video coordination and digital vendor ads appearing on owned channels. What You'll Do:
  • Digital Content Coordination: Plan and coordinate on-time delivery of digital content across web, app, and livestream platforms; ensure all content is up to date at all times.
  • Digital Experience and UX Coordination: Support digital experience and user journey execution to enhance user engagement across owned digital channels.
  • Website Content Coordination: Support the Digital Content Manager in preparing, managing, and proofreading website content, including data uploads and preparation and publishing of weekly Fresh Deals and Little Big Meal content across the website and store pages.
  • Workflow Coordination: Manage the workflow and project management of digital content deliverables, including submitting Workfront requests and ensuring accuracy of content and stakeholder approval.
  • Store Location Data Coordination: Ensure accurate and up-to-date store location data across internal and external digital platforms, working with location management tools like Google My Business, Umbraco and agency support team.
  • Image Editing: Create, resize, and edit images for website and digital assets.
  • Marketing Schedule Maintenance: Maintain a monthly marketing calendar for website, app and livestream content and ensure cross-functional calendar up to date for home page feature.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze and report on digital content and journey performance.
  • Content Approval Coordination: Work with Marketing Content, Planning & Activation and Merchandising teams to coordinate content approval for owned-channel digital communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Social Media team, Paid Media Manager and the broader marketing team on content planning and delivery.
Qualifications:

At a minimum, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to execute with minimal direction.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn new technologies and find solutions for business challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members across the company.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop for digital image editing and in-app banner creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management, asset management, and website content management platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
