Job description

To deliver the best fitness experience by upholding club standards and consistently delivering outstanding member service.
  • Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
  • Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with Pure Fitness brand standards.
  • Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
  • Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
  • Support prospective members with joining PureFitness as required.
  • Conduct hourly club standards checks across the club, ensuring results or recorded accurately and in line with PureFitness record keeping procedures.
  • Ad hoc support to members as required or observed i.e. technique.
  • Ensure that club cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level as set out by the Gym Management and Operations team.
  • Maintain excellent brand standards at all times, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with all health and safety action points.
  • Monitor our service delivery through our performance and member feedback.
  • Ensure you operate in a safe and legal manner at all times whilst working for PureFitness.
