CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is expanding our electrical division and looking for motivated Apprentice Electricians (1st through 4th year) to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain real-world skills installing and maintaining HVAC electrical systems, and build a long-term career with a company that truly values its people.

What We Offer
- Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and year of apprenticeship

What You'll Do
- Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with HVAC system installations and repairs
- Help run electrical wiring for A/C units, furnaces, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service
- Participate in training to advance your skills and license progression
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled or registered as a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Apprentice Electrician
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow in the HVAC trade
- Color vision (required for working with electrical wiring)
