Job description:
Some shift may require nights and weekends
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Basic Qualifications
6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree

a. Ensure proper supervision of all Apprentice athletic activities.
b. Ensure proper internal/external lines of communication between Apprentice School admin, Athletic Dept. admin, athletic staff and personnel to ensure the optimal operation of the Apprentice Athletic Program
c. Maintain the highest standard of excellence for our visiting teams and guests, assuring they are greeted properly and receive the highest level of ethical, legal, and moral treatment
d. Maintain athletic department website (Schedules, rosters, etc.)
e. Coordinate photography/videography for the athletic department to include Media Days and game day coverage
