We’re Control Freaks Hawaii, and our electricians? They’re the hardest-working crew on the islands. We take pride in doing things right the first time, every time. No shortcuts. No egos. Just high-quality electrical work and a team that shows up for each other day in, day out.
We’re not just looking for someone who knows how to wire a panel and bend a pipe. We’re looking for a true craftsperson — someone who treats every install like it’s going into their own home (if their home also had a killer view and a resort spa budget).
So here’s the deal:
What You’ll Do:
  • Residential and commercial electrical work – new construction, remodels, high-end custom homes, and the occasional mystery panel that hasn't been touched since the '80s.
  • Work on integrated projects with low voltage and AV teams (yes, our tech guys are cool too).
  • Follow codes, read plans, and install clean, code-compliant, actually beautiful work.
  • Take pride in a job well done — and then do the next one even better.

What You Bring:
  • Hawaii Journeyman license (or actively working toward one).
  • Experience in residential/commercial electrical work.
  • Ability to think, plan, and hustle like a pro.
  • A deep respect for craftsmanship — you know quality when you see it, and you never settle for less.
