Job description

This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

Job Summary
Oversee and manage all field operations for Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC projects, ensuring successful project completion, adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of all on-site personnel, including foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all work performed complies with project specifications, blueprints, local codes, and company quality standards.
Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding on-site operations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, safety compliance, and project progress.
Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes among project team members or with subcontractors.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, safety logs, and other required documentation.
Order and manage materials, equipment, and tools needed for project execution.
Train and mentor field personnel, fostering a productive and skilled workforce.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (e.g., Superintendent, Project Foreman).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial and/or industrial plumbing and mechanical projects.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
