Job description

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS & APPRENTICES WANTED

Very busy independent Lexus & Toyota service center is seeking automotive technicians & apprentices to assist Master Technicians with repairs. Crownsville Automotive has been in business since 1989, with an excellent reputation for quality & reasonably priced repairs. Previous Lexus or Toyota experience is preferred, but not required for the apprentice positions. Qualified apprentice candidates will possess basic automotive repair knowledge acquired through current enrollment in, or completion of an automotive vocational program. This is an excellent opportunity for any individual interested in learning from Master Technicians to gain shop experience, and advance their skill set to the next level. Flexible hours are available for candidates who are enrolled, or plan to be enrolled in a vocational program. Technician candidates must have experience servicing vehicles made by Asian manufacturers.  Full time apprentices and technicians are eligible for benefits. High level of pay for qualified technicians.  Shop hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with an hour for lunch between 12PM and 1PM.  Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.  

Apprentices will assist in complex repair work, and perform basic repairs under direct supervision. Work is reviewed while in progress and upon completion for quality of workmanship.
